Similar to other HoYoverse titles, you can process your rewards through the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption portal. To use this method, you must have already initialized your character in-game. Once logged in, select your regional server, confirm your character nickname appears on screen, and input each active code to credit the rewards directly to your account.
Redeeming Codes Inside the Game
Alternatively, you can claim rewards directly within the game client. This feature becomes available only after you complete the “Business x Strangeness x Justness” Prologue mission and unlock the in-game mailbox.
