How to Prepare for Code Redemption
Before you can claim any rewards, you must link your SHiFT account to your specific platform account (Xbox, PlayStation, or Steam). This connection is mandatory to ensure the items are correctly delivered to your game profile.
To link your accounts, navigate to the ‘SHiFT’ tab located in the game’s main or pause menu. You can either log in with your platform credentials to trigger an automatic account creation and linking process, or create a SHiFT account manually and link it via the official portal.
Redeeming Codes In-Game
Once your accounts are linked, reboot Borderlands 4 and return to the ‘SHiFT’ tab. Navigate to the ‘Rewards’ section, identified by the gift box icon, and enter your 25-digit code.
